Banana and Cinnamon smoothie recipe
Coffee Banana and Cinnamon Smoothie, great for detoxing but also flippin tasty.

Making a delicious banana coffee blast
Coffee has been shown to have certain health benefits, including reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and dementia, but too much of anything can be bad for your health! If you’re a major coffee addict, try weaning yourself off with this Blast that incorporates a bit of coffee with healthy, whole, natural foods.

Ingredients
1 Handful Spinach
1 Small Bananas
2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Brewed Coffee, cooled
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 ½ Cups Almond Milk

Directions
1, Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2, Enjoy!

If you don’t have a Nutri Bullet you could use any type of electric mixer with a blade attachment.
